Information we collect

SaraTech ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on saratech.online, why we collect it and the choices you have.

Details you send us

When you send a request through our contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, business type and message you type, plus the country and currency you selected (or that your browser suggested). If you submit a review through a private review link, we also collect your name, business name, rating and review text. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and the services we use may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the date and time of the visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting and understanding how the site is used.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request, prepare a proposal and deliver the service you ask for.
• To send a confirmation email to the address you give us.
• To show an approved review (name, business name, rating and text) on the website if you submitted one.
• To keep the website secure, prevent spam and improve it.
• To show advertising through Google AdSense, as described below.

We do not sell the details you send through our forms.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received through Google services (Google Apps Script) and forwarded to our team through a messaging service (Telegram) so we can reply quickly. Confirmation emails are sent through Google (Gmail). If you tap the WhatsApp button, your chat is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. When you open the site, fonts may load from Google Fonts and exchange rates from a public rates service. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and Google AdSense

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We and our partners use them to make the site work and to show ads.

Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also place or read cookies or similar technologies (such as web beacons) in your browser when ads are displayed. These companies receive your IP address automatically and use it to measure ad performance and personalise ads. We have no access to or control over cookies used by third parties.

Data stored on your device

Your browser stores your chosen country, cached exchange rates and the position of the WhatsApp button on your device. This stays on your device and is not used to identify you. If website analytics are switched on, anonymous usage statistics may be collected.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your details only as long as needed to respond and deliver the service. If no project starts, we delete your request within 12 months. Because we work online with clients worldwide, your details may be processed in countries other than your own.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing us at the address in the contact section below. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us details, contact us and we will delete them.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites, including ads. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, so please read their policies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
